Paperless Docketing System

In collaboration with our partners at Eureka, we have developed a bespoke logistics management software tailored to the needs of our extensive customer base. This system provides customers with live access to critical information about waste and product deliveries, eliminating the need for paper-based documentation. By reducing paper usage across our business functions, we are actively minimising material waste and supporting eco-friendly practices.

 

Key features include:

  • Live tracking of loads from origin to destination.
  • Daily reports in Excel/PDF formats for up-to-date customer data.
  • Uploading of Proof of Delivery (PODs) to a secure customer portal.

Our aim is to further expand the use of paperless systems throughout all business functions, ensuring a more sustainable future for our operations and clients.

Fleet Management System

We utilise Samsara Fleet Management Software, a powerful tool that combines operational efficiency with eco-friendly features. This system allows our transport management team to work seamlessly with drivers to deliver reliable service while optimising fleet performance.

    Customers can monitor vehicle locations in real-time, enabling better planning for arrivals at their sites.

    Advanced route planning reduces emissions and enhances fuel efficiency.

At J Ryan Group, compliance with all regulatory requirements is a cornerstone of our operations. We are fully registered with the National Waste Collection Permit Office (NWCPO), ensuring that our waste collection and management practices adhere to the highest standards of environmental responsibility and legal compliance.

We hold all necessary permits to carry out our services, including waste transport, disposal, and recycling. These permits reflect our commitment to operating responsibly and sustainably while safeguarding the environment.
